Terms and Conditions

The Cobham Heritage and Knight Frank Great Duck Race is a lottery promoted by S Bloodworth, Cobham Conservation and Heritage Trust and registered with Elmbridge Borough Council.

The organisers are the Cobham Conservation and Heritage Trust.

Each ticket can be purchased for £1 while tickets are available. The purchase of a ticket means you are sponsoring a duck to be entered into the race and this does not entitle the purchaser to keep the duck. All the ducks are reused each year.

The race involves up to 8000 plastic ducks which have been individually numbered. All the ducks are released at the same time from the Cobham Mill weir on the River Mole and float down the river to the finish line at the River Hill viewing platform.

There is a random chance as to the order the ducks will reach the finish line, the order they arrive will determine the prize awarded from the 18 cash prizes on offer. Ducks which arrive simultaneously will be picked at random and the order chosen will determine the prize and will be at the discretion of the organisers. Additional duck numbers will be taken of the runner up ducks and ticket holders may receive a prize in the event that one of the 18 prizes is not claimed within two weeks of the event.

Winners will be contacted by the organisers using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the information provided is incomplete, unreadable, or inaccurate, the organisers reserve the right to award the prize to a runner up duck ticket holder. If you believe you are a winner and have not been contacted within 5 days of the event, please contact the organisers by email to make your claim. Claims will need to be supported by providing the original ticket purchased clearly showing the  ticket number, or a copy of the email for those tickets purchased online.

Purchasing a duck ticket does not guarantee a prize and the decision of the organisers is final.
